He also serves as a matchmaker, sourcing premium partners for clients through his well-connected network of hundreds of C-level executives to identify and capitalize on opportunities. 

With a distinguished career of over thirty years, Max began at Givaudan (in Switzerland & US), then went on to Creations Aromatiques/Haarmann & Reimer (in Germany, Switzerland & the UK). Max has held management positions at IFF, Charabot, Robertet and Sensient Flavors. With a formidable reputation in his specialty industries, Max joined the ranks of entrepreneurs as the founder and CEO of Delaunay Aroma Solutions in 2017. Max holds dual citizenship (French & US) and is fluent in French, English and German.
